WHAT IS CIPLORIC TABLETS?

Ciploric Allopurinol is a type of medication called a xanthine oxidase inhibitor. It works by reducing the production of uric acid in the body. It comes in the form of an oral tablet.

USES OF CIPLORIC TABLETS:

Ciploric Tablet is used for Primary or secondary gout, Uric acid disorders and symptoms, Calcium renal lithiasis, Leukemia, Lymphoma, Malignancies, Recurrent calcium oxalate calculi, and other conditions. Ciploric Tablet may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Ciploric Tablet contains Allopurinol as an active ingredient.

Ciploric Tablet works by reducing uric acid in body by blocking one of the processes that makes it.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:

The most commonly reported side-effects of Ciploric Tablet are acute attacks of gout, diarrhea, nausea, alkaline phosphatase increase, rash, and maculopapular rash.

COMMON SIDE EFFECTS MAY INCLUDE:

The following is a list of possible side effects that may occur from the use of Ciploric Tablet. This is not a comprehensive list. These side-effects are possible, but do not always occur. Some of the side-effects may be rare but serious. Consult your doctor if you observe any of the following side-effects, especially if they do not go away.

Acute attacks of gout

DRUGS PRECAUTIONS:

Before using Ciploric Tablet, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.). Some health conditions may make you more susceptible to the side-effects of the drug. Take as directed by your doctor or follow the direction printed on the product insert. Dosage is based on your condition. Tell your doctor if your condition persists or worsens. Important counseling points are listed below.

DRUGS INTERACTIONS:

If you use other drugs or over the counter products at the same time, the effects of Ciploric Tablet may change. This may increase your risk for side-effects or cause your drug not to work properly. Tell your doctor about all the drugs, vitamins, and herbal supplements you are using, so that you doctor can help you prevent or manage drug interactions. Ciploric Tablet may interact with the following drugs and products:

Amoxicillin

Ampicillin

Azathioprine

Chlorpropamide

Cyclosporine

Dicumarol

Mercaptopurine

Thiazide

WHAT
IS CLADRIM 10 MG INJECTION?

Cladrim
is a medicine composition of Cladribine, which works by stopping the growth of
cancer cells.

Cladrim 10 mg Injection
interferes with the growth of DNA and RNA of the cancer cells by substituting
their building blocks. It prevents cancer cells from growing and
multiplying.

Cladrim 10 Mg Injection belongs to a class of
cancer-fighting drugs called antineoplastics and is used for the control,
prevention and treatment of a specific type of blood cancer known as hairy cell leukemia. It works by effectively preventing the growth of cancer cells in the body, thus eventually resulting in
their destruction.

WHAT IS THE USE OF CLADRIM 10 MG CLADRIBINE INJECTION?

Cladribine is used to treat a certain type of
cancer (hairy cell leukemia).

Cladrim 10 Mg Injection is administered intravenously via
injection, and is usually given for a total of seven days by continuous infusion.
Things such as the patient’s body weight, medications, and medical conditions
affect the dose of this medicine, so it is necessary to take the medicine
strictly in accordance with the doctor?s prescription.

Cladrim 10mg Injection
is used in the treatment of ovarian
cancer, head and neck cancer, cervical cancer, Testicular cancer., breast cancer, non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), blood cancer, lung
cancer, bone cancer, and urinary bladder cancer.

CLADRIBINE 10 MG COMMON SIDE EFFECT ?

Dizziness;
Headache; Feeling tired or weak; Muscle pain; Not hungry; Upset stomach or
throwing up; Loose stools (diarrhea); Irritation where the shot is given.

Tell your
doctor or get medical help right away if you have any of the following signs or
symptoms: Signs of an allergic reaction; Signs of infection; Signs of bleeding;
Signs of kidney problems; Shortness of breath; Very loose stools; Very upset
stomach or throwing up; Feeling very tired or weak; Very bad irritation where
the shot was given.

Cladrim
10 Mg Injection may cause some unwanted effects too. In such cases, you must
seek medical attention immediately. This is not an exhaustive list of side
effects. Please inform your doctor if you experience any adverse reaction to
the medication.

CALDRIM INJECTION- DRUGS INTERACTIONS:

Before
using Cladrim 10 Mg Injection, tell your doctor if you are using any
prescription drugs, non-prescription drugs, or other herbal and dietary pills
and supplements, if you are allergic to certain food items or substances, if
you have a history of kidney problems or if you are pregnant and/or
breastfeeding.

Cladribine
is not recommended for use in children.

Men should not father
a child until at least 6 months after the last dose of cladribine.

Your liver and kidney
function should be monitored if you ever had liver, bone marrow or kidney
problems or are suffering from any infection or fever.

Tell
your doctor before taking cladribine if you are already been given a live vaccine
or antiviral drugs like didanosine, tenofovir, adefovir, etc. Do
not drive or operate machinery as cladribine may make you dizzy.

Cometriq Cabozantinib Capsules 

Cabozantinib is a chemotherapy drug sold under the brand name Cometriq, which is used for the treatment of thyroid cancer and second-line treatment for Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is kidney cancer. It was discovered and developed by Exelixis Inc. 

Cabozantinib Uses 

• For the treatment of metastatic medullary thyroid cancer (MTC).
• For the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) a most common type of kidney cancer.  

Cabozantinib Capsules Side Effects : 

Nausea, vomiting, loss of hunger, fatigue, oral pain, mouth sores, dry skin, diarrhea, low calcium, high blood pressure, taste change, hand-foot syndrome. On the off chance that any of these impacts continue or decline, inform your specialist or drug specialist expeditiously.

How Cometriq Capsules Is Given : 

• Cabozantinib is a capsule, taken by mouth.
• Take cabozantinib on an empty stomach. Do not eat for at least 2 hours before and at least 1 hour after taking cabozantinib.
• You should not drink grapefruit juice or eat grapefruit during treatment with cabozantinib. 
• Take cabozantinib exactly as prescribed by the specialist. 
• Swallow cabozantinib capsules whole, do not crush, dissolve or open capsules.
• Do not change your dose or stop cabozantinib unless your specialist tells you to.
• If you miss a dose and your next dose is due in:
• Less than 12 hours, take your next dose at the normal time. Do not make up the next dose.
• Do not take more than 1 dose of cabozantinib at one time. Call your health care provider right away if you take too much.

DRUGS PRECAUTIONS:

Before taking Cabozantinib, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Talk to your pharmacist for more details.

Do not receive any kind of immunization or vaccination without your doctor’s approval while taking cabozantinib.

Inform your health care professional if you are pregnant or may be pregnant prior to starting this treatment. Pregnancy category D (cabozantinib may be hazardous to the fetus. Women who are pregnant or become pregnant must be advised of the potential hazard to the fetus.)

It is not known whether this drug passes into breast milk. Because of the potential risk to the infant, breast-feeding while using this drug is not recommended. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
